Terms of Use
Brightvein for iOS · effective 13 October 2026
Going down means agreeing
By installing or playing Brightvein you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the game.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Brightvein on your own devices for your own entertainment, not for commercial use.
Carats, kit and ranks
Carats are earned only by hauling stones in the game. They and everything bought with them (pit-stores kit, hutch paint) have no real-world value. They cannot be purchased with real money, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged, and they are lost if the app is deleted or the mine is reset.
Fair play
Do not reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with or redistribute the game, and do not use it to harm anyone. It is for playing.
Who owns what
Brightvein's code, art, sounds, music and name belong to its developer. This licence lets you play; it does not give you ownership of any of it.
As it stands
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for losses arising from its use, again to the extent the law allows.
For all ages
Brightvein is a casual game suitable for a general audience.
Updates to these terms
These terms may change. The effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
